It's not often a record will come along than can earn the title "punk rock classic", but in my opinion, West Virginia's Government Warning have done just that with their 3rd release, Arrested.
This 4-song EP starts off with one of the catchiest and most instantly memorable songs to come out of the punk rock genre in years. It's got a classic timeless feel to it, but definitely has GW's own unique stamp. This song would be considered among the classics if it were released 25 years ago and I believe in the future it will hold it's own among them. The rest of the EP is also catchy and very well done; however, nothing quite approaches the level of the title track. A thoroughly enjoyable record from start to finish. Intelligent lyrics. Great songwriting. Get this.--OCpunk
